Still Here: Saison (6.4%) — a collaborative project from the Still Here Collective. Bone-dry, super pale saison with bold yeast character. Brewed with pils malt, raw wheat, malted wheat, spelt, Saaz hops, and a 40/40/20 farmhouse/French/du Pont yeast blend. Draft only. Limited release — once it's gone, it's gone.
