Make & Take: Sourdough Class!

Join us on Saturday, October 17th at 12PM for a hands-on sourdough class where you’ll learn the basics of baking with this timeless craft. This session will focus on a whole wheat loaf and rolls, all made from one versatile dough. During class, you’ll shape and prepare your own rolls to take home and bake, while picking up helpful tips to get you started (or more confident) in your sourdough journey. You’ll also enjoy sourdough snacks and a slice of freshly baked whole wheat bread during the class. Each guest will head home with their own sourdough starter, care instructions, and the full recipe so you can keep baking long after the class ends.
