Join Seven Gates Taproom for a special pop-up celebration of Indigenous People's Day! Chef Virgil from Shima Navajo Fusion will be serving up authentic Navajo fusion fare that'll have your taste buds dancing. Dig into the Pueblo (frybread loaded with fire roasted grains, beef and pinto ragout, smothered in pork green chile and topped with fresh spring greens and chipotle crema), the Tatanka (frybread with braised adobo bison, butternut squash & corn relish, hearty greens, and savory Wojapi), or the Churro (frybread dusted in cinnamon sugar, drizzled with honey, pumpkin coulis, and cream cheese chantilly). A celebration of culture, community, and incredible food!
